Hello, I’m Daniel Wellard — a Registered Nurse, Remote Area Medic, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Advanced Breathwork Expert and Mindset Coach with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health and well-being. My passion is simple: to help individuals overcome health challenges, release anxiety, and transform their lives using the power of the mind-body connection.

From a young age, I knew two things: I wanted to help people and travel the world. That journey began in 2001 when I became a Registered Nurse, starting my career in Thoracic Surgery and Cardiac High Dependency Units in Manchester. My love for adventure led me to Australia and New Zealand, where I specialised in Cardiac Care and Emergency Medicine.
I thrived in high-pressure environments, from major hospitals to remote outback clinics, luxury cruise ships, platforms in the North Sea and even oil ships off the coast of West Africa. Each experience deepened my understanding of how critical the mind-body connection is in health and recovery. I learned that while medical science could heal the body, the mind's role in recovery was equally essential.

Working in isolated and intense medical environments taught me the importance of personal development. To cope with stress, I explored meditation, breathwork, martial arts, and spiritual retreats across India, Nepal and Korea. These practices became more than personal pursuits; they became essential tools in my approach to holistic healing.
I discovered hypnotherapy in 2012, introduced by a doctor who noticed my natural connection with patients and their mindset. After delving deep into hypnotherapy, I became a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2018, trained under the Andrew Parr Association. I also gained expertise in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) under Dr. Richard Bandler and studied Advanced Conversational Hypnosis under Scott Jansen in 2023.
This fusion of medical knowledge, personal development, and mindset coaching led me to create the 3B Method: Breath, Behaviour, Belief. This framework empowers individuals to:
